The conclusion of the sale and purchase agreement takes place at notaries appointed by the Ministry of Justice. The document is sent to the electronic cadastral register for registration. At the start of the process, a note is made in the cadastre that the transaction for the apartment has started. This makes it impossible to sell the same apartment for a second time.
